What You’ll Do as a Kennel Shift Lead:

As a Kennel Shift Lead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility while providing top-notch care to our furry guests. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and supporting a team of kennel staff during your shift. - Overseeing daily operations, including feeding, cleaning, and exercising pets. - Monitoring the health and well-being of animals in our care. - Communicating with pet parents to provide updates and ensure their satisfaction. - Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pets and staff alike.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for pets and brings a strong sense of responsibility to the role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - At least 1 year of experience in animal care, pet services, or a related field. - Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team. - Excellent communication and organizational abilities. - A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
