We're looking for a Residential Program Manager in Northfield, NH who brings engaged supervision, collaborative team building, strong presence, and a hands-on leadership style to our residential program. This is a role for someone who can balance structure with compassion, support both staff and residents, and help create a home environment that feels welcoming, organized, and empowering every day.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved, supporting staff in real time, jumping in when needed, and helping the home run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing- Leading and supporting residential staff through engaged, positive supervision
- Building a strong team culture focused on communication, accountability, and support
- Managing staffing needs, including call-outs, shift coverage, and finding replacements when needed
- Assisting with direct care and supporting residents as part of the team
- Coordinating appointments and helping manage daily schedules for residents
- Overseeing administrative responsibilities including certificates & documentation for the home.
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficiently run home environment
- Supporting personnel management and daily operations to keep the program running smoothly
- Collaborating with leadership and staff to create consistency, stability, and positive morale
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
- Someone with strong presence, initiative, and follow-through
- Positive energy and the ability to motivate and support a team
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking

- Flexible scheduling options between the hours of 7am – 5pm.

- Pay is based on several factors including previous experience, skills, location, and full background career knowledge.
