Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Regal Staffing Services is currently recruiting for the role of Shipping & Receiving Clerk in the Carrollton, TX area. This position will be responsible for:

1. The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing and processing outgoing shipments while making sure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
   Responsibilities
   • Prepare and process customer orders for shipping
   • Check orders for accuracy and correct quantities
   • Create shipping labels, packing slips, and shipping documents
   • Schedule shipments and pickups with carriers like UPS, FedEx, and freight companies
   • Track shipments and provide updates when needed
   • Maintain shipping records in company systems
   • Inspect packages for proper labeling and packaging
   • Communicate with warehouse and other departments about order status
   • Resolve shipping issues such as delays or damaged shipments
   • Keep the shipping area clean and organized
   • Follow company safety policies and procedures
2. Qualifications
   • High school diploma or GED preferred
   • 1–3 years of shipping, warehouse, or related experience preferred
   • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
   • Basic computer and math skills
   • Good communication and teamwork skills
   • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
   • Great Plains experience is a plus
   • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
   • Reliable transportation required
   • Must pass a criminal background check

Pay Rate: $17.00/HR

Shift: Day Shift

Schedule: 7:00AM to 4:00PM
