Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Chiropractor for a community focused outpatient setting. This role offers autonomy, collaboration with primary care providers, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a rural population.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Chiropractor provides care to patients with neuromusculoskeletal conditions, including disorders affecting nerves, bones, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Treatment includes spinal adjustments, manipulation, and other appropriate techniques to restore function and improve quality of life.

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 4 day work week available
• No call requirements

COMPENSATION
• 90,000 (new grads) to $120,000 - $130,000 (top end of range is someone with 10+ years of experience.
• Performance and productivity bonus potential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions
• Perform spinal adjustments and manual therapies
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with primary care providers and care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Support preventative care and wellness initiatives

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate of an accredited Chiropractic program
• Licensed as a Chiropractor in the State of Maine
• Certification by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to evaluate and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel between sites if needed
