As you assist with showings and client communication, you will continue building confidence while learning local market dynamics and improving your ability to guide conversations naturally and professionally.

Through ongoing coaching and daily exposure to active business, you will learn to strengthen communication skills, approach showings with more purpose, and develop habits that support negotiation and conversion over time. • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service

• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car

• Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
