Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed real estate professionals interested in working within a production-driven, commission-based environment focused on residential and investment property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential and investment transactions
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
• Analyze properties using comparative market data and investment metrics
• Guide clients through contracts, inspections, financing coordination, and closings
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
