Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties

• Supervise nursing activities, under the direction of the DON.
• Assist the DON to manage clinical operations.
• Develop care plans.
• Evaluate performance of the nursing department.
• Conduct patient rounds and address issues.

Requirements:

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Requirements

• 2 years experience in long-term care minimum.
• Registered nurse in the State of Illinois.
• Proficiency with medical software (PointClickCare required).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and bed manner.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
