Receiving and Inspection Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving & Inspection Clerk to join our operations team. This role is critical in ensuring all incoming products are accurately received, inspected, and documented to maintain the highest quality standards for our customers.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing lists
• Inspect furniture and goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies
• Accurately document and photograph any damages or issues
• Label, organize, and stage products within the warehouse
• Communicate with operations and customer service teams regarding inventory status
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving areas
• Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed
• Ensure all paperwork and digital records are completed accurately and on time

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or inspection experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (50–100 lbs with assistance)
• Comfortable using tablets or warehouse management systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
