VNA of Boston is hiring Per Visit PTs for our Dorchester Teams

VNA of Boston is seeking Per Visit PTs for Home Health visits. Must have Home Health and Oasis E experience.

Daily Visit Rate: $492.00, varies based on number of visits and type of visits.

Work any combination of days and hours. Visits are scheduled between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and/or between 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun.

You let us know your availability to work with a preceptor and educator. A 24-hour weekly schedule is recommended while training.

Requirements:

• Good standing MA PT license
• Home Health and Oasis E experience
• Willingness to travel within a territory.
