SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK
Monday - Friday, must be available for overtime
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
$19.53 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and shipments
- Prepare, package, and process outgoing orders for shipment
- Use computer systems and shipping portals to complete shipping/receiving transactions
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Follow customer-specific packaging and labeling requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time order processing
- Prioritize shipments based on deadlines and production schedules
- Operate safely while following company procedures and PPE requirements
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist with additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience required
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn company software systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office and shipping platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
