Responsibilities – Cashier / Receptionist:

• Welcome and assist service customers in person and by phone
• Process service payments quickly and accurately
• Schedule service appointments (earn bonuses for each one!)
• Provide administrative support to the service team
• Keep the cashier/reception area organized and professional

Qualifications/Requirements – Cashier / Receptionist:

• Cashier/Cash handling experience is preferred
• Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
• Dealership experience is a plus!
• Good customer service and communication skills
• General math skills and attention to detail
• Punctual, dependable, and a person of integrity
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Great customer service skills
