Hospice Case Manager
Range: $80K-85K
(20%, 90days-DIRECT)

Hospice Case Manager
Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Territory: Alamance County
This is a new territory for them.

Part of this role will have a "sales" component because they will be building out the territory. Driving up referrals. Talking to hospitals & organizations. Community outreach, etc

Prefer hospice experience but NOT required
NEED this to be a personality fit. Someone who's a "go-getter", Type A personality that will help build relationships & grow the territoryWe are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this permanent position.
