Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant in Keystone Heights, FL. You will work with outpatients recovering from orthopedic injuries or conditions, helping them move better and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Florida PTA license or active license for the state listed is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
- Familiarity with Clinicient or WebPT EMR preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel PTA experience.
- Experience managing patient caseloads of 10–12 patients per day in outpatient orthopedic clinics.
Assignment Details
- Outpatient orthopedic clinic in Keystone Heights, FL.
- Typical caseload averages: PT clinicians 10–12 patients per day; OT averages 8–10 patients per day.
- One-hour evaluations.
- Four therapists staffed in each clinic with a full-time technician to support check-in and setup.
- EMR: Clinicient / WebPT.
- PTA and PT candidates are being considered; submit resume to sub.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide focused orthopedic outpatient care that supports patient mobility and function. Work within a small clinic team to deliver individualized treatment plans and coordinate with supervising physical therapists to optimize outcomes. Your role will support efficient clinic flow through collaboration with a dedicated technician and shared therapist staffing.
