Job Summary:
Mammographer located in Detroit, Michigan. This position involves assisting in breast imaging procedures, including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms. The role requires instructing and positioning patients to obtain diagnostic-quality radiographs, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met, and manually entering data for proper documentation. Candidates must bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour shift; minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT (Mammography) certification, Basic Life Support (AHA) certification, and at least 2 years of Mammography experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Float: Not applicable.
- Additional Information: Candidates will be expected to cover shifts at either the main campus downtown or at the Weisberg facility in Farmington Hills, Michigan. No on-call duties are required. Typically, one or two Saturdays per month are worked.
