We are seeking a skilled CVOR Tech to support complex cardiovascular surgical procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in high-acuity cardiac cases who thrive in a collaborative surgical team setting.

• Prepare and maintain sterile field for cardiovascular surgeries
• Assist surgeons during advanced cardiac procedures
• Ensure proper instrumentation and equipment readiness
• Adhere to strict aseptic and sterile techniques
• Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures
• Maintain patient safety and compliance with OR protocols
• Handle specimens accurately and ensure proper labeling
• Follow universal protocol and time-out procedures

You’ll gain experience with a wide variety of complex cardiovascular surgeries, including:

• CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft)
• TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement)
• EVAR (Endovascular Aortic Repair)
• Mitral valve replacement
• Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) procedures
• Aortic aneurysm repair
• Angioplasty and stenting
• Pericardial window
• Atrial septal defect repair

• Strong knowledge of CVOR workflows and instrumentation
• Proficiency in:

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CVOR Tech experience
• NBSTSA Certification – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
• Experience in cardiovascular surgical settings preferred
