Position Overview

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting assignment in John Day, OR. This role offers a primarily outpatient caseload (90%) with a small inpatient component (10%), providing the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population in a supportive rural healthcare setting.

Candidates with pediatric and/or vestibular rehabilitation experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs

Requirements

• Current Oregon Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Previous outpatient experience required
• Pediatric experience and/or vestibular rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
