Seeking a SharePoint Technical Trainer/Instructional Designer to provide Services in the following areas: *Training Design and Developer skills*
What You'll Do

* *SharePoint Content Design*: Lead the design and development of the SharePoint structure, design, and content for a pleasant and informative internal user experience.
* *Technical Training Content Design*: Lead the design and development of technical training programs for internal customers.
* *Technical Training Delivery: *Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats to meet the Data & Technology organization's needs.
* *Collaboration: *Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials to align with business objectives.
* *Continuous Improvement: *Contribute to the continuous improvement of D&T technical training programs through performance metrics and customer feedback. Enhance training content as needed to remain current with trends and technologies.

*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*

* Deep understanding of MS Team/SharePoint Access & Permissions
* Understanding of MS File/Folder Structure, Management, and Settings
* SharePoint Site Building Experience (Use of Webparts, available tools, site limitations, etc.)
* Familiarity with Communication / Branding & Cohesion
* General UX and Graphic Design Principles
* Familiarity with MS Alerts/Power Automate
* Familiarity with Power BI Reports
* Understanding of Strategic Programs
* Job Aid / Documentation Building Experience Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and processes.
* Proficient in developing training materials and instructional design methodologies.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage an audience.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Taking abstract functional and technical data points and creating a clear and concise narrative that can be easily understood at all levels of the organization.
* Utilizing PowerPoint and related modern technologies to create executive-level presentations

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
