Licensed Primary Therapist - FL - Now Hiring

The Primary Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy services to adults in PHP, IOP and Residential levels of care, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and compliant treatment for individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Facilitate structured therapeutic groups aligned with program curriculum
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Respond to clinical crises, including de-escalation and safety planning
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in EMR
• Coordinate care with psychiatry, nursing, case management, and external providers
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and accreditation standards

Licensure Requirements (Required)

• Florida: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
• License must be active and in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IOP, PHP, or residential treatment
• Dual-diagnosis experience
• Group therapy facilitation experience
• EMR proficiency

Work Schedule

• Full-Time
• Schedule may vary based on program census and patient needs

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, alternating Saturday's.

Compensation details: 55000-65000 Yearly Salary
