Axia Residential is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Seasonal Leasing Consultant to join our team for a temporary assignment. If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the multifamily housing industry.

As a Seasonal Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first impression of the community, assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process while helping maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Successful candidates bring enthusiasm, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping people find a place to call home.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities
• Follow up on leasing inquiries and assist with prospect management
• Support leasing efforts through effective customer service and sales techniques
• Assist with application processing, lease paperwork, and move-in coordination
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records within property management software
• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to generate community interest
• Support resident events and community engagement activities
• Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure a positive resident experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Availability for a temporary or seasonal assignment
