Overview
HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma-informed care to individuals whose lives have beenimpactedby mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve.
We areseekinga compassionate and skilled Case Manager for our Addiction Recovery Services Programto join our team. This role focuses on providing case management, advocacy, and recovery-focused services for individuals with substance use or co-occurring disorders.
About the Position
The Case ManagerinAddiction Recovery Services will deliver clinical and rehabilitative services to individualswho require frequent contactin addiction recovery programs, including DOC Community Sentencing, TANF/Child Welfare, Medication-Assisted TreatmentProgramsand other addiction related services. The role involves linking clients to resources,assistingwith recovery planning, and providing skills training to support independent living and sobriety goals.

The Addiction Recovery Services Program supports individuals on their journey toward recovery through integrated care, harm reduction, and access to community resources.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain andmaintainCase Management II (CM II) certification.
