Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $26-29/hr
Schedule: 2 -3 days a week but flexible on days selected

What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in creating top-tier living experiences for residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property turnovers
• Responding to service calls
• Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues
• Performing routine property inspections
• Collaborating with the property management team
• Ensuring common areas and building systems are in excellent working order
