Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Full Time

Location: Island Park, ID

• Permanent Position

• Family Practice / Primary Care

• Monday – Friday Schedule

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Single-Provider Rural Clinic Setting

• Light Weekday Phone Call Coverage Only

• Up to $140,000+ annually (depending on experience)

Estimated Equivalent Pay:

• Approx. $2,690+ per week gross

• Approx. $67+ per hour equivalent

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses

• Perform preventive care, screenings, and routine exams

• Manage patient volume averaging 17–25 patients/day during peak season

• Practice independently as the sole clinic provider

• Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system

• Coordinate with support staff and local healthcare resources

• Participate in light weekday call coverage by phone

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner required

• Active and unrestricted NP license required

• Family Medicine experience preferred

• Comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting

• Strong communication and patient care skills required

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
