TITLE: Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LCSW/LCPC)

IABA's LPHA is responsible for supporting integrative care at their Behavioral Health Clinic with a focus on family support. The LPHA directly works with the Clinical Director(s) and Director of Interdisciplinary Care to create & maintain a model of integrative care that supports the client's whole family. The LPHA is responsible for running semi-annual IM+CANS as the foundation of IABAs whole family approach to services. The LPHA must be collaborative and warm to ensure that both clients and staff feel their person-centered approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes IM+CANS semi-annually for Medicaid clients and reviews results with Clinical Director(s) and Director of Interdisciplinary Care to develop in-house care offered to the client's family or refers to external support services
  • Is knowledgeable of IABAs internal systems that must be navigated to create and integrate new services identified in the IM+CAMs and offered by the BHC
  • Collaborates with Clinical Director(s) and Director of Interdisciplinary Care to create a model of integrative care that supports the whole family/clinics
  • Creates and runs social skills programs at assigned clinic
  • Provides direct services allowed by the Behavioral Health Center (BHC) guidelines as appropriate and within clinical expertise
  • Overlaps clients at assigned clinics to continue to review their progress within the 6 month re-evaluation of the IM+CANs (minimum 4x per quarter)
  • Can complete, create, and delegate Case Management indirect work tasks to fellow staff members as needed through collaboration with the Clinical Director(s)
  • Must be fluent in clinical documentation to include creating timesheets for RSA/RBTs under BHC tasks
  • Oversees Community Support Work sessions and mastery of goals for families participating in the program
  • Ensures documentation is compliant with CMS, BHC, and Medicaid insurance guidelines
  • Attends quarterly shareholder meetings for their BHC
  • Once all intake documentation has been submitted to the Intakes Coordinator, provides direct support for waitlist families by guiding the clients' families through the intake process and providing clinical recommendations.
  • Assists Clinical Director(s) and Marketing Assistant by researching potential client pipeline avenues.
  • Plans company wide family engagement and education activities by working with the Clinical Director(s)
  • Meets monthly aim of 120 service hours per month (indirect and direct)

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Master's Level Education or higher in a related field
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
