Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Titusville, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient behavioral health role focused on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and long-term patient care
• Stable weekday-only schedule designed to support provider balance and continuity of care
• Community-focused behavioral health organization serving diverse patient populations across all ages
• Collaborative multidisciplinary environment with full support staff and structured workflows
• Historic Pennsylvania community offering outdoor recreation, small-town living, and access to Oil Creek State Park and the Allegheny National Forest

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000
• Annual quality and productivity bonus structure
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000
• Relocation assistance available up to $10,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Outpatient-only practice setting

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services to patients of all ages
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions
• Manage psychiatric medications and ongoing treatment plans
• Coordinate care using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health teams to support holistic patient care
• Maintain continuity of care and long-term behavioral health outcomes

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from accredited PMHNP program REQUIRED
• Clear and active Pennsylvania PMHNP license REQUIRED
• Current DEA license REQUIRED
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
