Leasing Consultant

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is currently accepting applications for a full-time Leasing Consultant at The Westbury Apartments in Memphis, Tennessee. Please note that this position works Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leasing apartments
• Promote positive image of the apartment community
• Resident relations and retention
• Administration and retention

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of leasing experience preferred
• Have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Mathematical reasoning skills
