Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Technician to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Perform cardiac and peripheral catheterization procedures efficiently.
- Collaborate with a team of RNs and RTs in a multi-lab environment.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in the implementation of new cardiac programs and protocols.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
- Maintain cath lab equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technologist program.
- ARRT certification and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cardiac or peripheral cath lab.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
