We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract position at a skilled nursing facility in Madawaska, ME. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist patients in regaining skills for daily living. Candidates should be prepared to work independently and make an immediate clinical impact in a skilled nursing setting. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active State COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility. Candidate must be able to hit the ground running and work independently in SNF environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel COTA experience.
  • Experience with restorative nursing programs and common SNF documentation systems.
