Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehab Unit night shift position requiring at least 1 year of recent rehab experience and the ability to serve in a Charge Nurse role.
Details
- Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit setting
- Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Weekend rotation required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MS or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
- Minimum 1 year of recent Inpatient Rehab RN experience required
- 2+ years of Med/Surg experience is a plus for candidates without Rehab-specific experience
- Ability to function in a Charge Nurse role as needed
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- US Social Security Number required
Additional Information
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
