We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills after injuries, illnesses, or with chronic conditions. This role requires clinical independence and the ability to integrate into an established care team promptly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Maine Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required. Candidate must be able to hit the ground running and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with common SNF documentation systems and skilled documentation requirements.
- Previous caseload management in post-acute or long-term care settings.
