Production Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production of corrugated metal pipes and drainage products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Evansville, WI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate and assist with production machinery used to manufacture corrugated metal pipe and components
• Feed, position, and secure metal materials into machines
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure safe and efficient production
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
• Handle material movement including lifting, turning, and loading/unloading

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn equipment operation
