Production Associate I - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in food production and processing, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate I to join their team. As a Production Associate I, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the food processing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate I

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 1st / Day

What's the Job?

• Process fresh-cut food orders for shipment, including cutting, portioning, tumbling, packing, and palletizing
• Operate production machinery and safely use knives
• Package products to meet delivery timelines and quality standards
• Follow all safety policies and report issues as needed
• Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 15-60 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (~38°F)
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food production preferred
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards
