Warehouse Associates - Now Hiring

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including material handling, order processing, and shipping functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be safety-focused, and bring hands-on experience with equipment and measurement tools.

Key Responsibilities

• 4+ years of Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform accurate measuring and cutting of materials based on job specifications
• Read and interpret a tape measure with precision for cutting and assembly tasks
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Utilize shipping systems (WMS, UPS/FedEx portals, or similar platforms) to process outbound shipments
• Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of warehouse experience required
• Prior forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Strong ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate measurements
• Experience with measuring and cutting materials in a warehouse or production environment
• Familiarity with shipping systems / warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse environment
• Exposure to standard warehouse equipment and conditions
• Requires standing, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout shift
