Plant Packaging Operator​

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the snack food industry, is seeking a Plant Packaging Operator​ to join their team. As a Plant Packaging Operator​, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plant Packaging Operator​

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Pay Range: $22.50

Shift: 2:30 pm - 10:45 pm, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment to ensure efficient production flow.
• Set up machines for product changeovers and ensure materials are properly staged.
• Inspect product and packaging for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation, including verification logs and batch records.
• Support material management by ensuring adequate packaging supplies and components are available.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automated packaging systems are a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly; occasionally more with assistance.
