Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. My father had a severe stroke, he is left side paralysis and needs assistance with transfer from wheelchair to wheelchair to bed, washed in bed etc. He is 5 11 and weighs 174 pounds. Needs transfer using gait belt.
