Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Come August I will be returning to work as a teacher. Therefore, I am seeking for a great nanny for my 3 children here in Denver. I have a 2-year-old, 3-year-old and a (will be a 3-month-old) We would prefer someone who could help out with homework help. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. My children love art, any creative play, music, dancing, and brain games. I do admire the Waldorf and Reggio Amelia philosophies to learning, and would greatly appreciate fostering that approach when it comes to learning and play.
