Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We’re looking for a warm, trustworthy, calm caregiver for our1-year-old son for very light recurring support, likely around 1–3 hours per week to start. We both work from home and are hoping to build a consistent relationship with someone who can become a familiar and trusted presence for our son over time and if needed watch him for longer periods when we have events he cannot attend. Initially, care may take place while one or both parents are home as we gradually build familiarity and comfort. We’re more focused on finding the right personality fit: someone dependable, kind, calm, communicative, and genuinely good with young children.
