Babysitter

We are currently looking for a night nanny to help us out at least a few days a week for the next 2-4 weeks. Our baby girl is currently in the 4 month sleep regression window and is also dealing with reflux. Experience with both of these is a must. Ideal candidates would have some extra training in sleep consulting and understand the need for calm and peaceful intervention throughout the nights as our baby learns to mature through new sleep phases.
