Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children in Mechanicsville. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car and who is comfortable with pets. My youngest is autistic and will be needing the most hands on mainly just need help getting them ready to go to summer camp drop off and pick and evening routine bath dinner bed
