House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

I'm a full-time college student commuting to the city for classes. I also have significant spine and disc issues, and will be undergoing my 5th spinal surgery this Monday. This often makes cleaning difficult for me. Additionally, my 92-year-old grandmother who lives with me also struggles to keep up with the physical demands of cleaning. We just really need help. *2 indoor cats
