Administrative Assistant/Front desk.

FSC Home Solutions Inc. is seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our growing home remodeling company. The ideal candidate will have experience in the home improvement industry and strong administrative, marketing, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Schedule appointments, consultations, and project meetings
• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and clients
• Assist with office administration and daily operations
• Manage and update social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram
• Assist with advertising and marketing campaigns
• Maintain customer records and project information
• Support the sales and project management teams
• Prepare documents, emails, and reports as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in the home remodeling, construction, or home improvement industry preferred
• Experience with social media marketing, Facebook, Instagram, and online advertising
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual (English/Portuguese/Spanish) is a plus
