We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our residential/commercial properties in Arlington. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in property management, demonstrating strong tenure and a commitment to maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction, property performance, and team collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
  • Support tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive communication.
  • Assist in marketing and leasing efforts to attract and retain tenants, including showing properties and processing applications.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure timely maintenance and repairs are completed to uphold property standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions, leasing documents, and maintenance requests.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Support budgeting and financial reporting processes, including rent roll analysis and expense management.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth property operations.
  • Contribute to fostering a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for residents and staff.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field, with a strong tenure in the industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of property management software and systems.
  • Ability to handle tenant concerns with professionalism and tact.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in property management is a plus.
