Junior Technical Project Manager- Concrete Operations

We’re looking for an Assistant to the Superintendent to support daily field operations, track productivity, and help keep our concrete projects running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone with concrete experience who wants less physical labor but still enjoys being on jobsites.

What You’ll Do

• Visit Jobsites Daily to review manpower, materials, and the day’s plan
• Verify Progress the following day and compare results to budgeted cost
• Document Work using a laptop/tablet
• Track Productivity and identify crews ahead/behind
• Support Change Orders with field data
• Work With Superintendent to improve efficiency and recognize high performers

What You Need

• Concrete construction experience (field or supervisory)
• Comfortable with Excel, MS Project, tablets, and basic tech
• Clean driving record + ability to pass a drug test
• Willing to travel between jobsites daily
• Able to walk jobsites and use measuring tools with proper PPE

Nice to Have

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with production tracking or estimating

Compensation

• Approx. $60,000 depending on experience
• Company truck provided
