Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs across properties
• Manage budgets and control expenses effectively
• Conduct regular unit inspections for quality and safety
• Handle vendor relationships and contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years property management experience
• Residential property management experience
• Experience managing 400+ units
• Must have a car for property access
• Ability to work fully in-office
