Senior Residence Property Manager/Director

We are seeking a Senior Residence Property Manager to become an integral part of a historic beloved gem in this small Connecticut community! You will help plan, coordinate and facilitate all resident activities, marketing of available rooms, screening/leasing, on site staff management and overseeing all aspects of resident care. Reports to The Board of Directors. This is a full-time permanent position. salary commensurate with related experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions

Attract and educate new tenants

Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion

Personnel Management - Supervise and train residence property staff

Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Scheduling and overseeing of facility maintenance

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of CT Health Code Regulations for Residential Care Homes or equivalent

2 year college degree in health or business preferred or related experience

3 years in health and or geriatric management a plus

Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role

Previous experience in property management or other related fields

Flexibility to work, evening, weekend or holiday if needed

Ability to build rapport with tenants

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to become medication certified
