What You'll Do

• Prospect and engage new ideal client accounts.
• Initiate and qualify conversations with decision‐makers.
• Maintain a strong 30/60/90‐day pipeline.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound tools.
• Build referral partnerships and strategic relationships.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Analyze territory data to identify ideal companies.
• Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date.

Time Allocation

• 60% Prospecting
• 20% Networking & referrals
• 10% Territory analysis
• 5% Re‐engaging inactive customers
• 5% CRM updates

• Consistent creation of high‐quality pipeline.
• Strong qualification and opportunity handoff.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly BDR targets.
• Adding real value at the top of the funnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience or proven performance in a similar role
• Associate degree (2‐year) or equivalent experience
• Remote sales experience is a plus
