Property Manager - Luxury & Market-Rate Residential

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury and market-rate residential properties in New York City. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and experienced in NYC multifamily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties
• Oversee leasing activity, renewals, and tenant relations with a high-touch customer service approach
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor management to luxury standards
• Ensure compliance with NYC housing regulations, HPD, DHCR, and Fair Housing laws
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and monitor rent collections
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure buildings are well maintained
• Handle tenant concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Experience managing luxury rentals and market-rate units
• Strong knowledge of NYC landlord-tenant laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000
