Laborers

Laborers play a vital role in both residential and commercial construction projects, working in small teams to support skilled trades and ensure efficient site operations. They perform various physically demanding tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and loading and unloading, while frequently traveling between job sites to meet project needs. Although they do not operate specialized machinery, laborers contribute significantly to the overall progress and safety of construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transport construction materials
• Maintain cleanliness and order at construction sites
• Load and unload supplies and equipment
• Perform general manual labor tasks as assigned
• Support skilled trades workers with preparation and assistance
• Collaborate effectively within small teams of 2-5 members
• Travel frequently between job locations
