We are hiring a Customer Care & Appointment Specialist to connect with homeowners by phone and schedule appointments for our window and roofing consultants.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated, outgoing phone professional who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Speak with homeowners over the phone
• Build rapport and develop customer relationships
• Qualify interest in windows, doors, and roofing services
• Schedule in-home consultation appointments
• Manage and update lead and customer database
• Follow up with potential customers as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3–5 years of phone-based customer service or outbound calling experience
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Proven ability in lead generation, scheduling, or sales support
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Strong organization and database management skills
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
