Leasing responsibilities:

Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service Give engaging property tours and showcase apartment homes with enthusiasm
Help future residents find the perfect apartment to fit their lifestyle
Follow up on leads, answer questions, and convert prospects into happy residents
Assist with lease applications, renewals, and resident communications
Help create a positive and welcoming community atmosphere
Support marketing, outreach, and resident events
Work independently while collaborating with your property team to achieve leasing goals

What we’re looking for in an Leasing Agent

A positive attitude and strong people skills
Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or leasing experience preferred
Someone who is outgoing, professional, and enjoys building relationships
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Apartment leasing or property management experience is a plus — but personality, drive, and customer service matter too!
