Customer Service Representative

Employment Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support a busy and growing automotive company in the Tempe area. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys assisting customers, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers, service advisors, and insurance companies with windshield replacement claims
• Accurately file and process auto glass claims for dealerships across Arizona
• Communicate with insurance providers to verify coverage and claim details
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims process
• Maintain organized and complete documentation for all claims
• Manage a high volume of claims and follow-ups simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Automotive or insurance industry experience is a plus

Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Shift options: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18/hour starting pay
• Commission opportunities available after 90 days
